General rules
- Each customer will be required to show an ID with photo and a credit card at the time of check-in.
- On their arrival, guests will be required to sign the information regarding the Data Protection Act, the admission document and the entry form.
- Special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Respecting the privacy of the guests, the management reserves the right to enter the flats if necessary.
- The apartment will only be occupied by the number of people indicated in the reservation.
- If you would like an invoice, please inform the staff at least 24 hours before your departure and communicate your tax details.
- Cash is not accepted.
- Non-smoking establishment.
- Cots are subject to availability and are free of charge.
- We have free parking for our guests.
- Chargers for electric cars are available for an additional fee (consumption rate according to market price). Prior reservation is required.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Ball games are not allowed on the entire site.
- Guests should minimise noise from 23:00 to 09:00.
- Swimming pool opening hours are from 10:00 to 21:00. The swimming pool will be closed in winter (closing period may vary depending on the weather).
- Change of sheets every 6 days.
- Cleaning (kitchen and kitchenware not included) and change of towels every 3 or 4 days.
- The clients must keep the apartment in the same condition as when it was delivered during their stay and when they leave it. The condition of the flat will be checked at the end of the stay.
- The kitchen and its utensils will be perfectly clean at the end of the stay, similar to the entrance.
- The quiet of the guests must be respected.
- No parties are allowed in the establishment.
- Check-in hours: from 15:00 hours until 18:00 hours. If you arrive later, please let us know, we will be waiting for you.
- Check-out timetable: from 08:30 hours until 11:00 hours. Check-out after this time is subject to availability of the accommodation.
- Rubbish will be deposited in the containers provided for this purpose, with recycling containers between the two buildings.
- Failure to comply with any of these rules will result in the cancellation of the established agreement/contract and/or financial compensation for the cost of not observing the rules described.
Good environmental practices
- Use lights rationally and responsibly (turn them off when going out).
- Use heating rationally (thermostat temperature set at 21º), close windows when the heating or air conditioning is on to avoid wasting energy.
- Make maximum use of natural light.
- Towels and sheets should always be removed after a minimum number of days of use, but use towels/sheets as much as possible. Do not deposit unused towels on the floor to be washed.
- Taps should be turned off properly.
- Turn off the tap while brushing teeth and washing hands.
- Do not pour chemicals down the drain.
- Use the rubbish bin to dispose of waste, do not pour it down the drain.
- se the small flush button on toilets whenever possible.
- Do not flush sanitary towels or tampons down toilets. Nor anything that does not break down in water (condoms, hair, etc.).
- Use the recycling bins for paper, plastics – packaging and glass.
